As well as bespoke orders, I am a freelance recipe developer, food stylist, and content writer. 

I have 3 years of experience working as a recipe developer for Bakedin, a company that creates baking subscription boxes and retail baking kits.

My role included writing and proofing the recipe cards, testing them multiple times, and organising other team members to test them at home. Then once they were perfect they would be sent to Michel Roux Senior for approval.

I then organized our photoshoots for each recipe card and social media content, often appearing in video content each month to demonstrate how to make our recipes.

In relation to capturing food content, I also have a photography degree. When I left university I went into working with food photographers like Yuki Sugiura and Helen Cathcart. I assisted with food styling and photography for some exciting recipe books such as Wild Honey and Rye: Modern Polish Recipes by Ren Behan and Superfoods Superfast by Julie Montagu.

For the past 7 years, I have continually worked for myself making food content on blog platforms such as WordPress and Instagram. I started my own baking business Blundell Bakes in 2020 that offers celebration cakes, brownies, and cupcakes for all dietary requirements including gluten-free/ dairy free/ and vegan recipes. I supplied a very busy coffee shop regularly and created food for markets, where I got a good gauge first-hand of what customers were interested in.

I adore food and creating new recipes. I am always full of ideas and I love to share them with people.
